• A current Scott Aspect 45 or Specialized Hardrock Comp mountain bike, both robust and comfortable to ride
• An explanation on the functions of the bike if needed, so you enjoy the ride from the moment it begins
• Expert advice on planning your ride to take in places you may want to go, using our knowledge of the quiet roads and offroad tracks in the Lake District
• A laminated route guide to take with you
• A helmet, for your safety
• A pump, tyre levers, spare tube & puncture repair kit, just in case you have a puncture
• A lock, if needed

• Half-day hire (morning 9am till 1pm, or afternoon 1pm till 5pm) is £15
• Full-day hire (9am till 5pm) is just £18
• We require a deposit for each hire bike of £50 on a credit /debit card, and the ID of the cardholder such as driving licence or passport.
