We spend a minimum of 1.5 hours putting your bike together. Every bolt is removed and greased, cables and housing are cut to correct length, bottom bracket and headset are adjusted, and wheels are de-stressed and trued.

The headset is the bearing on which the forks of the bike turn, allowing the bike to go round corners. An Aheadset is a particular type of headset which involves a threadless sheerer tube. Virtually all modern bicycles are fitted with a threadless Aheadset.

The rear derailleur controls the gears on the rear wheel of the bicycle. When the gear shifter is operated, the derailleur forces the chain onto a different sprocket of the cassette.
