What we think:
The new SLX groupset from Shimano is replacing both the LX and Hone groupsets and looks set to be a winner - the cranks being no exception. Strong, reasonable weight, stiff and now available in a 22/36T setup complete with the new Shimano Honeycombe bashguard. All the best bits of the LX and Hone cranks rolled into one!
